Guest guest
Hi Sheila! You guys are the best! It is great to get so much support. I am most grateful as there is so much to learn! I think you have a good idea about starting the enzymes as soon as possible to aid in digestion. I will continue with trying the Nuthera and after 2 weeks will introduce enzymes. Just wondering why can't I use a probiotic to ferment the vegetables? My doc told me I could. I am having a hard time finding a legal probiotic in Norway. They also get stopped in toll coming into the country from Germany where I can order legal ones. Then they wouldn't be cold by the time they get to me. Would that make them useless? I am having problems with the diet. I am constipated and afraid that I am eating too much protein. I don't tolerate any fruits it seems so prunes are out. Anything sweet seems to give me yeast problems. I am eating: meats, fish, cooked cauliflower, peeled and seeded and cooked zucchini, cooked string beans, avacado, cooked asparagus, olive oil, coconut oil, and salt. Started the diet Sept 11, 2007. Can you give some tips on new things to try? Thanks! Thanks so much for the invaluable help!
