Guest guest
Hi all, Welcome to all the new members, you're in for one heckova ride! I'm trying to get back into the habit of going to the gym 3 days a week. The first week danged near killed me! Last week was better and last friday when I went I actually felt good. Anyway, I was relaxing in the tub last night and noticed something strange... I have lots and lots of room! But there is a problem. One thing I have been good at all my life has been floating. Since losing around 110 pounds my floating skills are definatly decreasing. LOL ... I'm willing to make it a trade off. Now I can work 10 hour days without being tired at the end of the day. I can, and do, hop out of bed in the morning, no painful joints or aching feet. Theatre and resturant seats are no longe issues. FOOD is not an issue either. It is there, I enjoy it, but it's just fuel. I find that I can eat just about whatever I wish, but thanks to the good Dr's skill I don't have those terrible cravings any longer. Food used to be a major hobby. I now really understand what eating to live, not living to eat means. I am in control of food, not the other way around. THANK YOU, DOCTOR RUTLEDGE.
