Dear Unga,

I'm waiting approval from my insurance right now. I just joined this

group and I love it. I can't wait to be smaller, but I am thankful for

having the opportunity to be large. As I have learned to love, properly

and purely. I have compassion for heavy people where before I lacked

understanding.

My oldest sister died at age thirty from aspirate pneumonia. Basically,

she refluxed stuff from her bowels into her lungs. I watched her slowly

die by suffocation for week. I will never forget her agony and I don't

want my life to end the same way. Being bigger than I am now is not an

option as I see it as early death. Not to mention how limited and ugly I

feel.

I hope this doesn't depress you, I just wanted to talk with someone who

might understand. You sound like a praying person, so am I. That was one

good thing that came from my sister's death, I ended up accepting Jesus

and learning to live the good life. Thanks for listening. Please write

back when you're able.

Inga, have your wedding..maybe next yr? So, you can invite all of us!! Wouldn't

that be the greatest?

I want to go to Disney World!! No lie, last time I went it was so hot, and I did

nothing but sweat, couldn't walk good, felt like I was melting~~~~

What does everyone else want?

I sit here at the computer and am stunned that my cardiologist and

PCP have stated in my paperwork I will obtain the MGB in November.

Do they know something I don't? I would love to have the surgery the

second week of November as we have a teacher workday that Friday. I

am putting together the last pieces of my packet for Dr. R. and

still waiting on the $$$ for the appointment and surgery deposit. Dr.

R. do you need work done there at the office? We are in the home

I want to be able to sit on my husbands lap and be held in his arms like a

baby. He always asks to hold me that way but I won't let him for fear of

hurting him and being embarrased by my size and heaviness.
