Guest guest
I got both - they're different. And have used recipes and ideas from both. I also suggest The Healing Jaw from the Zip-N-Squeeze site and I found " I-Can't-Chew Cookbook " at Amazon.com helpful. D jpulaski129 wrote: I've ordered Dinner thru a Straw. How is the book " Let's Do Lunch? " Is it more of the same kind of recipes? ~Joanne
Guest guest
I am trying to purchase a copy of SCD recipe book(s) to expand our menu. Can any one tell me which books below has more green veggies and herbs used? Or if you own any of the recipe books below, tell me if they have a lot of foods we have to omit, such as honey, coconut flakes, dates, banana or sweet fruits. Thank you.
