I am home!!! :^)

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to tell everyone that I am home now. I made a stupid mistake of

deleting all of the posts before I found out we can't read them on the web

anymore (not the FL posts). So, I feel like I am really missing out on what

has happened in a week.

I had my pre-op clinic on Tuesday, Oct. 10th. Then I had my surgery at Durham

on the 12th. I had my post-op today and then came home.

I met some of the most wonderful people there. I actually thought my husband

was gonna cry when we left and Pemberton today. and her

mother were very nice, too. I met Gloria Dean and Jennie (I can't remember-is

it Ivanhoff?) I hope I am right. I feel like I have a new family now. I met

Tracie and ny- I didn't get to see much of them- I was on the drugs-lol.

I am glad to hear everyone is doing well. I also got to meet some other

pre-ops in clinic today. You are all in my prayers!

Dr. R said my surgery went well- I feel great and have already lost 17

pounds. I am going to take more time to write everything down into a journal.

I had a very good experience and wish all the pre-ops the same experience I

have had. I am glad to be on the other side. And to the other Post-ops- I

couldn't have done it without your support. I am soooooooo glad to have had

the opportunity to meet and talk to some of you. Just reading the posts daily

kept my sanity during this journey. Thanks you guys!!! I will still be here -

if anyone wants to chat! :^)
