Does all Garlic powder have starch?

Only if you make it yourself. Onion powder also must be homemade. Spice mixes

such as(but not limited to) poultry seasoning, pumpkin pie spice, seasoning

salt, ect. are all illegal. Single herbs and spices that are commercially

produced(with the exception of onion and garlic powders) are OK...just not

combinations.

I am confused about spices, especially garlic powder. Is there a such

thing as garlic powder without starch?
