Guest guest
Hi Cindi, many if not all of the symptoms you identified are prevanent with " old Age " , I don't know how old you are but the symptoms of age slowly and surely will creep up upon all of us. There is only one cure and nobody wants to go there. I can only suggest, go slow, try to keep your balance, relax to mimimize the tremors, Streach and excerise to reduce joint pain and build stronger muscles. I'm sorry I cannot offer any definitive answers for you Best wishes - Poncho - GA
Guest guest
-Well Poncho you are probaly right on the money. I turned 55 back on Turkey day. I have not felt well since last Aug when I was hospitalized for irregularity with blood electrolytes. I have never felt well since then. Christmas was really lousy. I did no baking or crafting (embroidered Sweat shirts for my Grands!) I went to MUSC DDC to see Dr. Hawes while we were on Vacation, (pretty bad if you spend vacation time seeing a Dr). When I saw my family Dr about 2 weeks ago He said that I was 55 going on 70 ! He has been my PCP for 18 years, so he and I are very honest and straight forward. He is also very open with his faith so he and I share alot about that. I would have no qualms asking him to pray with me. I have an appointment to see him on Friday and my hubby is going with me to talk to the Dr. about some of my behavoirs. He got real concerned on Sunday when we spent the evening with our 2 grandsons. I fell down on two separte occassions. Ans some of the things I do worries him too. He and I have been married 37 years so I think he knows me!! I am trying real hard to try and think positively about all things. Spending time with my grands are the best therapy for me. Well there is a little more of my story. All of this is very hard for me as I was a very storg energetic woman. My hubby was in the Navy for 20 years. I was a single parent lots of times and managed beautifully. That is the hard thing to take. How it works on you mentally being told that you can never work again. And now I can barely tak care of myself !! But thank God for this wonderful group. There are many angels here. Thanks one and all. Keep smilin and trusting in the Lord. Love, Cyndi
