Hi All,

Well thought I would let you know what happen at Drs today.

I had a flare in my Right ear a week ago today.

I went on Predizone and as of today I am on 40mgs. The flare is gone!!!!!! Thank God....

Now Get this. I have only been on Preds for a week and its going to take me 38 days to get off it!!!!!!!!

He believes in going slow so Flare wont come back. If it does I have to go back up to 40mgs right away.

This is how he wants me to go off it.

30 mgs for 4 days

20 mgs for 6 days

10 mgs for 8 days

5 mgs for 10 days

2.5 mgs for 10 days

Then I should be able to be off it.

Pray I dont get the Flare back!!!!!!

Gave him alot of articles I printed from the Group. He was very surprised about 's Heart Flare. He was really glad that I gave him that.

He is soooooo willing to work with me so thats good. Only bad thing is he will be retireing in 2 to 3 yrs.

Will deal with that when it happens.

Hope everyone is doing okay. I know we are all thinking of Angie and her Family.

This just makes me want to do more for the Foundation. I Promise everyone this, I have already told alot of my family that I am having the BIGGEST GARGAGE SALE next Spring and I am donating all of the Money to RP

Everyone I have told are willing to donate things so should be a all out Sale!!!!!

Better get going, Have to get to bed as I work tomorrow. Thank God its FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!

Carol, so glad that your flare is GONE!! I told you it would be. Your dr

sounds wonderful and I'm so glad he is going slow with the taper of the pred.

VERY smart dr. LOL NOW.. you just listen to him and you won't have ANY more

flares. ANd don't go near the crop dusting next year. LOL

Great idea for the garage sale. We should declare a RP Garage Sale weekend

and everyone can get ready for it. We could do it all on the same day. LOL

Just a thought. We could all have Brochures to hand out. Everyone just keep

thinking and coming up with ideas for fundraisers. We could have lots of

different, crazy things that just might work. There is NO dumb idea. Let's

just keep brain storming for Angie.

Let's make this the best year yet. I know the Foundation will just keep

growing. My daughters now keep some brochures in their car and hand them out

to everyone. It's amazing to see them so involved. Let's see if it will

work.

I'm still writing letters, just have to get them out. Better get myself in

gear.
