Guest guest
Hello group, My name is , not THE LINDA, but from Fayetteville. I had surgery on Sept. 22. My mgb took 22 minutes and I came home the next day. It was just like everyone said.....too many sit ups kind of feeling. Well i just went to the Dr today, I have strep working with children ....you know, anyway, Ihad not weighed since surgery because I thought I wanted to wait until I felt like I wasn't losing anymore (hit a plateau) to remind myself then how much I had lost, but that didn't work out. I have lost 33 pounds in just about 2 months. My physician was excited! I was a little disappointed only because I feel as though I have lost a lot more. This was the best thing I have ever done! I still only eat yogurt for lunch and soup for dinner oh yeah the actigal and citrucil for breakfast, and I am stuffed! Thanks for listening. Any questions just let me know. It may take awhile, after surgery you have so much energy but you find so much more to do! from Fayetteville
Guest guest
Hey , You're doing great!!! But, you know maybe you should be eating a little more, solid foods now, and you might see more of a weight loss. With me if my body thinks I'm starving it it will slow down the metabolism... and waala.. no very little weight loss.. It takes weeks to see anything.. add some food, and whats this pounds off!! Just my thoughts, but I think you're doin' fine! fondly, Trudy Re: 8 Weeks Friday Hello group, My name is , not THE LINDA, but from Fayetteville. I had surgery on Sept. 22.
