I read the posts about chocolate last week, but didn't have a chance

to respond until now. Laurie, this is for you:

I'll give up fast food; I'll give up red meat; I'll drink de-caf; but

I'll never give up my chocolate.

Fortunately I've got some low-fat and fat-free substitutes. One of my

favorites is the fat-free hot fudge sauce from Smucker's Toppings.

Zap a little bit of that in the microwave, and pour over fat-free or

low-fat ice cream. Or dip a banana in it! Or big juicy strawberry!

I've been working on all my family recipes, converting them to low or

fat-free. Some are amazingly good!
