Guest guest
I can't find it anymore- sorry. I just happened upon it while looking something up, but I wasn't able to find it anymore. It was a newspaper article about a traveling starband location that brought the starscanner and starbands to rural locations. There was a picture of triplets, all with starbands that were cut out in the top just like a doc band. I can't remember how I found it, but I thought it was interesting that individual orthos could cut their starbands as they felt appropriate. I'm sure that it lessened the weight of the band so that it was more similar to a starband, although the thickness of the lining probably still accounts for about an ounce.
