Guest guest
Trud, Jude, Christy and all the gang- no questions are dumb right??? I am doing the legwork and research etc. , have my doctor on the way with getting the information etc. Is my appointment BEFORE I get the " War & Peace " sized document together? Or after I send in the packet? Just wondering. I put in a call to schedule the appointment with Durham. I know they are busy, but have not heard anything from that or the online information I sent in, a month ago. Thanking you in advance for your response and comedy :] Larice in PG
Guest guest
Hi Larice, You sent your online form in a month ago? Very strange. That form is used to generate the letter that then goes to your insurance carrier. Usually that is back to you in 2-3 days. If you are local to Durham, you can go to clinic whenever you choose to. Dr. Rutledge doesn't approve you, though, until your packet is submitted. Once you are approved by him, and the finance piece is in order, then you can schedule the surgery. You need to talk to the office and find out if they received your online form. It should never take that long to hear. Then, from there, proceed. And welcome to the nicest group of folks you'd ever want to meet. Let us know how things are going and what date you eventually get. We really do care. Guest guest
hi Larice, You should have received a response from the online patient info within a few days. You may want to resend that. And be sure to print a copy for yourself. Are you in PG county, land? That is where I grew up. Peace and love, Ruqayya in Miami pre-op 11/2/00!!!
