I live in North Carolina, so I can't help you. I wonder about contacting a

culinary school in the area or something to check on hiring someone to come into

your home to prepare foods for you.

We have a friend who charges $30/hour for this kind of thing (ingredients count

separately, but he does give the tupperwares). I'm not exactly sure how you

could work out the amount, since I'm assuming you would just make more of

whatever you make for your family and give some to your friend....(btw, I think

it's a neat idea for a little extra income, Meleah. You're doing the cooking

anyway!).
