Dannon plain yogurt used to be legal, but I'm not sure it still is. Hopefully someone else can comment. It seems like they are being pretty forthcoming in telling exactly the three cultures they include.... and those are the three main legal ones for starter. Sounds okay to me. Patti Re: RE YOGURT STARTER On this page, http://www.dannon.com/pdf/liveActiveCultures.pdf a special brochure from the Dannon Information Center says " DANNON adds a third culture to all of it's refrigerated cup yogurts - Lactobacillus Acidophilus " . (It's by the spoon on the second page if you want to see it.)
