Congratulations on the birth of your son!! Did you name him after

yourself? He's is getting to the fun age. My son is 14 and

honestly I think he has multiple personalities and not one can pick

up his room...LOL.

I wanted to write to you because I dont think you should give up or

resign youself to what the few doctors you have seen have to say. I

think you should be more perisistent, bug the crap out of your docs

to find something that will work. See others docs, ask your docs to

reccommend somebody else, some where. Even make an appt youself to

go see Dr. Lehman in Indiana or Dr. Hawes in SC. You are a young

strong man just starting out in life.

I have to admit, I bugged my doc. I would email him, stop him in

the halls, we worked together for many years, and he had to find a

cure for me just to shut me up! Next month I am going to have the

tp/ict in Ohio. My doc here actually bugged that doc there to

finally agree to do me. Its a long and whiney story.

What I'm trying to say is dont give up; there are lots of different

treatments, successfull stenting, blocks, sphincterotomies and

sphincteroplasties and more extensive surgeries that can and do

provide relief for many people. Please take the time to explore all

your options and I hope you are feeling well.
