Guest guest
I have it but it is not very useful unless you cook like bread in bulk for a big family. If that is you or anyone here I will sell it to you at a lower price than Amazon K > > It's called " Busy Mom's Dairy-Free SCD Cookbook With Honey-Sweetened > Recipes. " I was looking through Amazon.ca to see what other SCD > cookbooks I could buy in Canada and this one came up. Guest guest
Warning!!!! I ordered this cookbook and it just arrived today. When I first opened it up, I was shocked to see recipes that included ingredients such as brown rice flour, sweet rice flour, silk soymilk, xanthan gum, cocoa powder and other illegals. Upon further review, the cookbook has recipes that fit the basic GFCF diet and others that are SCD compliant (and the SCD recipes have (SCD) in the title). I just wanted to warn people that not all of the recipes are SCD legal even though the title of the book is " Busy Mom's Dairy Free SCD Cookbook " . At Autism One, the same person will be demonstrating SCD and GFCF recipes. I think it's acceptable for SCD recipes to appear with others AS LONG AS they are designated SCD. It is also our responsibility not to think what other people write gives us permission to violate protocol as the harm that would result harms us. Carol F. I will request the link and and post it. (I rarely use my two SCD Cookbooks b/c I find the recipes in BTVC and on our website simple and delicious.) I only cook for one and can afford to dump the odd failure. It seems useful when cooking for a family to take advantage of these cookbooks. I actually learned a lot about cooking in quantity when we did the Toronto SCD cooking courses as we did recipes for one and recipes for many. Carol F.
