Ang, Glad you've got the support of your PCP. It is up to you, though, to

mail post-op folks and ask them to be contacts and ask them your questions.

Go the MGB home page, left side, click on contact patients; click on a name

and you are connected to their email. Also, watch this site and when you see

a posting from a post-op, write their address down and mail to them

privately. That is how you will get their info and be able to use them for

contacts. And, do what I did not, be sure to write down the date and method

of contact (I forgot the date only), and take a few notes while talking or

reading, then when you fill out your contact list, you'll have everything you

need. Applying for the MGB is a part-time job, I swear it is,and the better

organized you are and the more you write down, the better off you are down

Hi Everyone,

I am puting my package together although I am not approved from my

insurance yet. It is in appeal but I will get it because I am a

fighter, no giving up here:) Anyway, I went to my doc's last night

and she is in FULL support of me, AMEN and AMEN. She wished me the

best of luck and got everything to me ASAP is that cool or what????

Hi Angie,

Congratulations on your progress!! You will probably have a better response

for contacts by emailing some post-ops directly. Otherwise no one will know

if you have received all that you need and they won't respond.

I hope you get a date the week on 11/2 with me!
