Guest guest
I used the Peanut Butter Squash Brownies recipe from www.Pecanbread.com only I used pecan butter instead of the peanut butter. My hubby thinks they taste like chocolate browines. The adapted recipe is: PECAN BUTTER SQUASH BROWNIES 1 cup pecan butter (Grind pecans in food processer and add a tiny bit of oil until desired consistency.) 1/2 cup honey 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 egg 1/2 cup cooked butternut squash Mix and pour into a greased 8x8 pan Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Guest guest
I have been having wonderfully chocolatey results lately! I- steam up some frozen cherries and blueberries mix together with honey, vanilla and/or almond flavor add 3 eggs goat butter equal parts very well up ground walnuts almond flour cinnamon and bake for about an hour. My daughter burned out on my ('s) Muffins and now goes through a few loafs of " muffin bread " a week. I plan to bake it into cake forms and top it with honey/yogurt icing for my own birthday cake in January. I have been an SCD baker for years now and this is one the best things I have stumbled upon -- by accident too, using cherries one day when I was out of squash. Enjoy! __________________________________________________
