Guest guest
our DAN doctor thought we should go ahead and start DMSA suppositories for chelation. the porphyrin test showed evidence of mercury and lead and the neoptrine test was elevated so we will start singulair to reduce the inflammation of his immune system. also, we are starting secretin cream and will be increasing b12 shots to every 2 days from every 3 days. i heard that the yeast almost always gets out of control during chelation and was wondering if i should put my 33 mos old on nystatin ahead of time and throughout the chelation process. if so, how much? my 33 mos old son has been on SCD for 4.5 mos now and is stuck on applesauce and eggs, grape juice, pineapple juice, pork rinds, fruit leather & raisins. just recently we started adding back some of the items that he was having delayed allergy reactions to (chicken and orange juice) but we can only give those items to him once per wk. he is still a picky eater but my gutt feeling is that his gutt is starting to heal & his yeast is under control. is there a chance his gutt may not be healed enough to begin chelation?
