Guest guest
Hi listmates, I have been on many of the recipe sites, pecanbread, scdrecipe etc. and have tried 3 or 4 waffle recipes on my waffle maker. Does anyone have a really good one that they could share? Maybe that is similiar to the store bought ones. And any ideas about syrup alternatives, my son is not a big fan of honey...he loves the fake maple syrup (Aunt Jemimah) but I have not been able to find scd maple extract to add to the honey to try to cover the taste. Guest guest
This is what my son loves. He is pretty picky and still won't eat a pancake but did take to this waffle. This receipe is 1/2 of the original, so if you want to make more you can double it. 3/4 cup nut flour 2 eggs 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp baking soda I found that if i added a good amount of butter to honey, water and vanilla that the syurp wouldn't take too much like honey. Good luck. wrote: Hi listmates, I have been on many of the recipe sites, pecanbread, scdrecipe etc. and have tried 3 or 4 waffle recipes on my waffle maker.
