Older toddler takes helmet off

Hi,

Yesterday was a big milestone in 's development.  He took his

helmet off, placed it on the table, and continued playing.  I had to

try really hard not to show any reaction that would encourage this.  He

easily removed his helmet again that night.  It is not so much that he

minds the helmet, but that he enjoys removing it.  When the helmet is

off, he sometimes asks for it back on.

I remember reading on this lists tricks for keeping the helmet on an

older baby.  Sorry, I'm not sure how to find the email thread.  How

again do people keep the Starband helmet strap down on toddlers?
