Honestly, I am not knowledgeable enough to really tell you " how long " . I do

know that GSE is one of those antifungals that you should really rotate.....

use it for a couple of months maybe and then switch to a different one.... like

Oil of Oregano, or Olive Leaf Extract. You have to try to avoid the yeast

becoming resistant, so you change in order to sort of catch 'em off guard and

power punch the bad guys. So, I mean, I guess you would keep on doing that....

using one or another antifungal.... until yeast was no longer an issue for him.

Remember to check out the fresh carrot juice and fresh garlic as an antifungal,

too. That is listed in the " Files " section at the group's homepage.

All I can tell you about the sandy stools is the same thing Becky said.... I am

not really *sure* that this is oxalate crystals leaving his body. I know some

parents have reported that to be the case. I'm not sure how we'd tell. It could

be related to something else entirely. I do think it's temporary.

spoonful of liquid. Try some yourself... a couple of drops in a half

a cup of juice of some kind..... you'll get an idea of how strong the

taste can be. I do think it could kind of " burn " his mouth and throat

if you only mix it in a spoonful. It should mix pretty well into

whatever juice he drinks.... just shake it good.

I'm not really an expert on the GSE... maybe someone else can comment. I'm

thinking maybe 6 to 8 weeks? Then switch to another antifungal. ??
