PUMPKIN MOUSSE 2 small packages sugar free vanilla instand pudding 2 cups skim milk 1 cup canned pumpkin (solid pack - NOT PIE FILLING) 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 1 cup fat free whipped topping, thawed Mix first 4 ingredients. Fold in whipped topping.
