Here is a great holiday recipe - I made it last year and loved it! Hope you

do too.

PUMPKIN MOUSSE

2 small packages sugar free vanilla instand pudding

2 cups skim milk

1 cup canned pumpkin (solid pack - NOT PIE FILLING)

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 cup fat free whipped topping, thawed

Mix first 4 ingredients. Fold in whipped topping. Keeps 3-4 days in the

refrigerator. 4 servings - 2 WW points each.
