Guest guest
, I have " The Omega Diet--The Lifesaving Nutritional Program Based on the Diet of the Island of Crete, " by Artemis P. Simopoulos, M.D. and Jo , published in 1999 by HarperPerennial (ISBN 0-06-093023-3). This was originally published in 1998 as a hardcover book under the title " The Omega Factor " by Harper. Do you have both books? If so, what differences did you notice, if any? I love The Omega Diet book! The information is easy to follow -- after we became an industrialized nation is compelling evidence for diseases linked to poor diet-- and her charts and tables help you understand the good and bad fats. She did an excellent job with her recipes, and the list in the back of sources to locate quality foods is so helpful! Kim > The omega diet by Artemis P.
