There's nothing worse than being completely immobilized by nausea. In the meantime, try to suck up as much water as you can, to keep yourself well hydrated. If you can tolerate it, ginger ale always helped me a lot. Sucking of a sliver of fresh ginger root, held between the sides of your mouth and your gums, can be a great home remedy for the nausea. You can also try those patches that are sold OTC for carsickness or travel nausea. I've heard that they work well, too. With love, hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H.
