Is This is How Curry Was Invented?

I keep my Frontier spices on a turntable, savories on one side,

cinnamon on the other. I reach for them automatically and know without

looking just where each one is.

Periodically I employ a cleaning helper. She must have wiped off the

turntable. Tonight I assembled a veggie casserole. Horrors, where there

used to be oregano, there was the cinnamon bottle. Too late I dumped in

a lot but counteracted it with a lot of other spices, Rosemary, Thyme,

Sage, mustard, hot pepper sauce Basil and I added cheese and almond

flour. It turned out to be very good, definitely like curry.

Accidents are the mother of invention LOL
