Guest guest
My 20 year old was dx'd with levels over 1200 while in the hospital.Major indicator he was aggresive(very passive kid)shaking legs and no matter what med he was on (antibotic)he couldn't get better, also Major headaches that no amount of motrin would get rid of.Your Mother could eat salads and fresh vegs that is what I did while pregnant (gestational diabetes)There are newer machines that can test on the arm and I don't remember where else. There is an insulin pump for those who need more regulation.I remember the feeling from my last bout with gest.diab.I felt kind of paranoid as if everyone was out to get me(maybe they really were LOL)I always had very low sugars not high until I was put on strict bedrest.Excercise is one of the best ways to help control blood sugar w/diet and insulin if needed.BeckyB--Mama to 8-2w/cf--Nana to
