How has the wipple helped you and how long have you been feeling better and how did you get the weight off cause you feel better and can do more. I don't leave the house long. I stay home alot. I am so depressed over all this weight I was heavy all my life since 6yrs old kids teased me at school and spit on me beat me up and said god awful things to me. I had no friends. It was sad. I got older and tryed every diet in the book Lost here and there the one that did help was accupunter for weight but only this one very old chinese man. I tryed with others but he knew his stuff. I got down to 103 the lowest I ever been my whole life. I went up to 110 120 and stayed there for years. Before we got married and I had went from 154 to 140 I felt I was on my way down again. after we got home from our honeymoon The attacks started and were worse and longer I complained to a General doc for about 6 years he could never find it so I went to the hospital and a GI doc found it. So this is where I am today. I want to at least feel nice about my self but instead I am depressed and don't want anyone to see me like this. It is so bad I am always sad I can't lose weight .Maybe you can help me. my email is sparklewithlucy@... if you want to email me this way or whatever you want is fine too. thank you. Guest guest
Carol, You don't have to have a Whipple to have that kind of weight gain/loss. As I've said earlier, I've gained/lost a total of 60+ pounds just by having CP!! Lost 30, gained 30, lost 30 again, gained 28.......and just in the last week now I've lost 8. With me it goes up and down on a week to week basis. I'm 5'- 8 " , with a small bone structure. The clothes in my wardrobe range from size 0-6. With love, hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H.
