I want to know also what is the best ways to clean the bulb syringe? Is it ok

to use a bulb syringe to clean nose?? the only ones that seems to work are

the ones we got at the hospital and it is more than 1 year old...it's probably

a nono to use it for so long....where can I by the ones like the hospital??

Val we use a syringe on my daughters nose too and our ENT doctor told us to

rinse it out with hot soapy water and place it in a glass upside downs so it

can drain the water out so it does not get any bacteria in it. About using the

saline I have not hear that before so I am sorry I can't help you there. But I

hope I helped some. Deb A

We order ours from Baxa. We get them to send us their ulcer syringe. It really

has a strong suction. We clean ours by microwaving it for 15 sec. When we

needed one right away, we have been able to ask for one at the hospital. I just

explained that I had a kid with cf and could I buy one from their supply. They

have always given it to me.
