27JAN2005-A DATE THAT WILL LIVE IN INFAMY!(the " good kind " of infamy)

Well it took long enough, and although my attorney expressed a

concern about possibly lacking some medical info, he actually was

able to get the judge to settle and award my case without even

needing to appear. (He didn't have my phone number to call me and

say " stay home " That'sinda lame. For what they're going to take as a

fee I'd expect they'd at LEAST know my phone number, lol)

NOw I just gotta find out how this medicare(-caid?)rks, as I'm

eligible because it's been 2 yrs since my filing date.
