SCD yogurt is not casein free..... although the casein in it has been changed by

the fermentation process, making it easier to digest, it's still there. Those

who choose to add dairy in later usually start with GOAT yogurt, but you can

remain dairy free if you need to.

Ghee does not contain casein.

Question about ghee and SCD yogurt

Hi everyone!

My DAN practitioner would like my son to go dairy free as well as

SCD. When they want you to go dairy free is it the casien that is the

concern? Are ghee and the 24 hour fermented yogurt casein free?
