I would like to make some bread

Hi, ,

This bread is very sliceable and would be good for toast. No dairy.

When I make it as bread I leave out the honey and the oil. It comes

out great. (I also use it for a " coffee cake " where I leave in the

honey, bake it in a 9x13 pan and top with SCD jam blobs before baking.)

Hope it works for you,
