Guest guest
Adult formulas of any supplement or over the counter medicine are figured according to a 150 lb adult. Just compare your child's weight to that and adjust the quantity/dose accordingly. My own daughter conveniently weighs 76 lbs, which makes it quite easy. As you can imagine, not every adult weighs exactly 150 lbs, so you don't have to be extremely precise. Just approximate. Patti vitamin supplement Hi I would like to start my son on multivitamins and the Quin B strong with Vit C and Zinc that Elaine talks about in BTVC. I have browsed through the Freeda Vitamin Co website and see the SCD legal multivitamins and the Quin B Stong is the adult formulation. Do you recommend I give my son the appropriate dosage and use these adult formulations. Or are there alternative children formulations anyone is aware of. I live in South Africa so I would need to mailorder. thanks Tina mother to Sebastian nearly 5yo on SCD for six months with great progress
