I received this messages from Binegar, an adult with CF who is

very active in promoting CF Awareness and support. I thought that

many here would find this information valuable.

Please do not reply to this email message with questions about the

message board, I'm just passing on the information, runs the

Hello to All,

This is Binegar. I have set up a special private forum board

for

Hospital notices and support. It has been up and running for a

while

now

but I haven't promoted it very much. So with that said.... I hope

you

will visit and take advantage of this valuable tool.

For those of us who are fighting Cystic Fibrosis and have to go into

the

hospital or toughing it out at home, it is good to know that we are

not

alone and there are others who are in our corner pulling for us. I

have

created a special *private* message board for those people who are

in

the

hospital and in need of our support. You can send them well wishes,

email, cards, or care packages if they have provided email or a

mailing

address. If you have someone to add to this list or you want to

post

your

own hospital information, please click on the forum link to enter.

This

page is private and so is the forum. It is only available to the

Cystic

Fibrosis support groups like " Cystic-l " " CFParents " " CF 4

Christians "

and

any other CF support group. The link to this page will be regularly

provided to these lists but this page is not listed in the menu of my

website or published to the main index of my website. You can look

at

the rest of my website from here but to get back to this page you

will

have to use your browser back button since this page will not be

found

on

the menu. This is for your privacy.

If you have never posted to this message board before, that's ok,

you

will

be asked to give your name, email, and anything else you wish to

add.

There is no joining to be part of this message board, just click on

the

" post new " tab, type your message, click post message and it's

there.

Remember to save the link to this page so you can find the message

board

in the future. You will need to enter the forum using a password.

I

just

added this option for additional security. The password is " tune

up " .

use all lower case and the space between the words.

Also for promoting Cystic Fibrosis Awareness, I have designed my own

special line of CF ecards. I have a CF awareness message at the

bottom

of

every card. You can view my custom ecard service and send any card

in

my

selection for free, anytime.
