Guest guest
My autistic little guy (3 years old) is gfcf and only eats: peanut butter waffles only a certain kind pancakes only a certain kind chips fruit (raw only) carrots (raw only) cookies bread (pb jelly, french toast) but only on a certain kind of bread sorbet ice cream fruit popsickles french fries I know, I know...all carbs...not good he will eat sometimes eat chicken nuggets from chick filet only (we use tons of enzymes for this infraction); The other night I made some delicious chicken nuggets in almond meal and he sat in his high chair and cried for over an hour and wouldn't touch them...he is so skinny anyway that we don't want to not feed him has anyone had this kind of problem with very limited range of food? He literally will not try anything new...I'm afraid if we don't offer him something that he will just refuse to eat suggestions very welcome on how to begin this diet
