Dana told me about Hughsonnuts.com and I've been really pleased with

the almond flour I ordered from them. They have a 25 pound bag of

almond flour for $90 at

Shipping was approximately $18 from California to Florida and I was

shocked at how quickly the order arrived. Usually ground shipping

takes a whole week from California to Florida, but I placed my order

on a Thursday night and it was delivered the next Monday.

Digestivewellness.com sells 5 lbs for $28.00 (not counting s/h). It's

a very fine flour - almost the consistency of wheat flour. I've used

almond flour in the past from other sources that was more the

consistency of cornmeal.
