Hi Cathy,

Since I know you guys have been on SCD for quite a while, I'm sure lentils are

fine now. I would choose the " pink " lentils (aka red lentils), which have been

de-hulled. Just easier to digest overall.

Yes, I don't see why you couldn't freeze the excess..... although I've never

done it. Give it a try!

Hi there,

I've frozen lentils after soaking and cooking them and they've defrosted just

fine. A great time-saver!
