Hi. I just bought a yogurt maker and tried to make almond milk yogurt and goat

milk

yogurt. The goat milk yogurt seemed to have " set. " I just finished taking it

out of the

yogurt machine and put it in the refrigerator (so I have 8 more hours to see how

much

more it sets...).

However, the Almond Milk yogurt did not set at all. It is separated liquid

mess! Does

anyone have a good almond milk yogurt recipie? I looked at your posts and I

couldn't find

it. I did heat the almond milk for the same time and used the same procedure

that is

listed on your website. I also used the ProGurt starter. I DID add gelatin.

Could that be it?

Also, I used the Meyerburg goat milk (it's all they had at Whole Foods...).

Does anyone

know a better brand that I could buy in Dallas, Texas? What if I added the

Meyerburg

evaporated milk to some whole goat milk. Maybe it would make it thicker? I

know I can't

add powdered goat milk...

Thanks in advance for your help! Thank you all so much for providing the

step-by-step

instructions on your website!!
