Guest guest
Chrissy, Girl, I didn't even see that one coming! When I read that last sentence in your second paragraph I laughed so hard I almost spit out the water I'd just taken a big sip out of.............well, of course, what better place than here on the bluff on the banks of the May River! Half our front yard is a former Indian oyster mound....the shells are in the grass and garden and everywhere you look, we have more oyster shells than dirt, (or at least it seems that way anytime I want to plant anything, I have to import soil). We could probably get them right here alongside the dock. Actually, the bed beside our dock is protected from harvest, we have a sign on the dock stating this, and that's what keeps the commercial oystermen from collecting right in our front yard. So that sounds like a fine idea to me, , any month that has an " R " in it is open season. Have you had a chance to stick your nose out the window to test the Cincy temps, yet? I know you can't get outside, for lack of a warm coat.....perhaps you can order one from one of the shops in the area and have it delivered for your inspection.....you will need something warm to go home in. What airline are you flying....is it perhaps the one that will contribute to my husband's paycheck next week? I'm glad to see that you're still doing well and hope that each day is a little easier for you. Don't know what that could have been that had you aspirating your before bedtime snack in the middle of the night. It must have been all that peanut butter still stuck in your throat! Just make sure to get plenty of water after you eat to make sure it's all washed down well. It will help it all go down and there's no carbs to count or keep track of, so it's a definetely a freebie! If this is the case, there is only one thing to do. Thats right, oyster roast at Heidi's....LOL. > I'm doing well with the the insulin regime but am having trouble with aspirating what I eat. I lay down after dinner tonight and woke to choking, very scarey to say the least.
