Good Afternoon Everyone!

Hope this post finds everyone well. I am hoping that

things have cooled down, and that I can take this

chance to apologize to ANYONE that may have

misunderstood my post regarding the archives. I am

not wanting to stir things up again, but I do want to

make one thing very clear...Please do not think for

one minute that I am ANY kind of friend with T.

I do not agree with the way she has handled her

situation one bit, nor do I support her vendeta

against Dr R; However, being a post op, I can't help

but want to research the info that has been put before

us. You know? I will NEVER EVER go against Dr R.

Even through my complications I still adore that man.

B/C of he and this surgery, I have been able to do

things that I never thought I could. For that I will

be forever grateful. This has not been easy for me

and that I will not deny. I will not, however, say

that my complications stem from my surgeon lieing to

me, yadda yadda.

Now that I have gotten that off of my chest...on to an

update. As I stated earlier, I have not weighed in

quite sometime. I would say 6 weeks at the minimum.

When I stepped on the scales today they landed dead on

160. That makes a grand loss of 101 lbs since day of

surgery on 12/2/99. That also makes 110lbs gone from

my higest in November. My goal from day 1 has been to

reach 150lbs and I think I can do it. I am hoping

that if I increase my excersise it will come off. I

have to admit that it upset me a little to know that I

only lost 5lbs in that period, but I had to remind

myself that I am almost a year out of surgery. I

SHOULD be slowing down. You know?

For a while there I felt like I was able to eat

waaaaaaaayyyy to much food. Here for the past 2

weeks, I can hardly stomach 3-5 bites of something at

one sitting. Weird!!! Oh well, each day is different

for me.

Again, I thank Dr R for giving me my life back.

D.

Highest 270lbs

Day of Surgery 261lbs (sz24)

Now -- 160lbs (sz 10/12)

Goal 150 lbs
