Guest guest
Meleah, I try to space my GSE at least 2 hours away from my probiotic. As for dosage. It depends but I would start slow and work your way up. What kind of form are you going to give it in? I have drops and one drop equals 25mgs of Citricidal (GSE). I take 6 drops a day but for youf son maybe 1 or 2 to start? Sheila would know better but I would certainly ease into it. Charlene OK. I'm going to start GSE for iel(scder) and Mark(19 mth. w/ ecaema). We went back to intro for a few days, but iel is still a little gasy(better, but not gone). Mark's eczema isn't going away even with putting him on scd, and we've tried eliminating common food causes like eggs and dairy. The naturopathic doctor says that eczema can often be caused by yeast. So, I thought I'd try the GSE to kill off any hearty yeast in them both. Can anyone give me amounts to start with, instructions on giving it, ect.? Is it correct that I should not give it near to the time I would give probiotics or yogurt? How far should I space it? Meleah
Guest guest
Ours is also drops, but I don't know how much one drop equals yet. I haven't seen the bottle. A friend of mine is picking it up at the store...it's near her, but 45 minutes from me...and she'll hand it off to me this morning at a Christmas party.
