Guest guest
My juicer was originally purchased (by my parents) to juice apples for me and my brothers (hmmmm 30 years ago I think!) as we lived surrounded by orchards and apples were plentiful to say the least! Anyway.....if it's apple juice only, then apple juice it will be! I might be able to source some grape juice too. I'm in New Zealand so some of the brand names of products mentioned in the diet aren't familiar to me. I think I can make a go of this nonetheless. Many thanks to all who share information here. I have spent some time looking through archives and I need to read a great deal more yet! Thanks again Carol and Patti. Anne (CFS/FMS for 22 years.) > > No..... not on the Intro diet. The only two juices that are included on intro are grape and apple cider. If you have a juicer, you can juice your own apples..... and that would be fine for Intro. All the other fruit and veggie juices will have to wait until AFTER Intro..... and then you can use any legal fruit or veggie.... but you'll still need to dilute. > > Patti >
