A little more advice to disappointed MGB hopefulls...

Hey yall,

I can't remember the name of the young lady who " went off " about Dr and

having her package rejected. He rejects MANY packets all the time...most

people just fix hem and resubmit. While I understand you are pissed the

highest level of pisstivity...I have some practical advice if you want this

surgery with this surgeon. DO NOT PISS HIM OFF OR HE WILL NOT DO YOUR

SURGERY...PERIOD. I promise you...you wouldn't want a pissed off " anybody "

cutting on you, anyway.

There was a guy a few months ago...some may remember him...Mitch . I

don't think he's on this list anymore. But, you might want to talk to him

about what his frustration almost cost him. So, IF you still want the

surgery, redo your packet, and publicly apologize...because you publicly

blasted him. This is a sensitive kinda guy...(wink, wink, Dr R). So, my

suggestion is to suck it up if the MGB is what you want. Fuss and cuss to

yourself until AFTER your surgery. Otherwise he is quick to tell you that the

RNY, VBG, etc., are available elsewhere.

You're being just a little more than honest, you're absolutely correct!! I

couldn't agree with you more, and was very glad to see your post and how you put

it!!

I'm one of the happiest post-ops out there, I woke up this morning... and I

literally feel like a new person!! Can't remember ever feeling this alive!!
