help, my son is having a china party

Hi all,

My son's first grade class is having a China party with food from China, they

are serving the following:

chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce on the side, fried rice, spring egg

roll, broccoli, and a fortune cookie

Any ideas on how I can make this as Chinese as possible for him?
