Guest guest
Cheryl.... The store bought pedialyte popsicles contain illegals. Yes, vomiting can be a die-off symptom. We don't see that with every child.... but it does happen. Did you try just a few swallows of the electrolyte drink? Is it possible that he could have had a viral bug... just coincidentally? What foods from the intro diet was he able to eat? Did he drink the chicken soup broth? That would be really good for a sick tummy. You can go ahead and move to beginning stage foods if you want to.... though you do need to know that your introduced a few illegals with the popsicles. You might end up wanting to go back and re-do the intro diet at some point in the future, if you feel he's not progressing the way you would have liked. Patti Son vomiting first day intro diet I just started the intro diet and last night after our first day my son vomited twice. It looked like just water. Is it a die-off reaction? I tried the SCD electrolyte drink and he vomited again. I then tried pedialyte frozen pops and he feels much better. What do I do now? Should I start on stage 1 foods first or try another day of the intro diet? Thanks, Cheryl
