Guest guest
I'm sorry I have absolutely no idea. Mirin is a sort of rice wine, isn't it? Are there any other ingredients? I was under the impression that mirin is sort of sweet tasting.... and since I just really can't find any reference to it being legal, I would not take the risk. When in doubt, throw it out.... or suffer potential consequences. Sorry! Patti Is mirin SCD legal? I just absentmindedly poured it over my veggies!! ACK! Guest guest
I did some searching on the internet because I was curious. (I teach Japanese.) Patti is right to suspect the sweetness. The sweetness of mirin comes from rice starch broken down into sugar. It would not be legal. , mom to > > I just absentmindedly poured it over my veggies!!
