If there have been problems with cow dairy in the past, we always recommend goat

dairy.... for the yogurt, and goat cheeses, too. It's up to you when to try

introducing them. If goat yogurt is going okay, you may want to find a legal

cheese variety that's made from goat milk.

how soon do non-dairy SCDers add legal cheese and butter? is it fine

from day 1? i think i noticed some sensitivity to dairy a couple of

months ago so i cut it out altogether. but now that we're on SCD and

getting better i'd like to reintroduce it at some point.

we already started the goat yogurt, just 1T a day. it's our 3rd day

of yogurt and it seems to be going well. i think i saw some more die-

off but her stools are firm so i assume it's going OK.
