Guest guest
I've searched high and low and the best I could come up with is 's Organic cultured lowfat Cottage Cheese with 3 grams of Carbs. but now that I'm in good light and have a magnifying glass I see that it also lists ingredients of Organic skim milk, organic cream and organc nonfat milk powder. Should I just give up on the idea of Dry curd cottage cheese? No one in the stores knows what I'm talking about. My husband is ready to shoot me. He says I'm becoming obsessed. I know that it is in the introductory diet but the truth is I can't even explain to him what purpose it serves. I'm sure it does, but I just don't know what it is. To top of my obsession, if I ever find this stuff, my 6 year old, picky eater, son with autism, probably won't even sit in the same room with it. So is the cottage cheese I bought good? I kind of know that it isn't because it's not crumbly. Thanks, Maureen
