Guest guest
Speaking of eggs in recipes, can someone please tell me how much gelatin or fruit/veggie puree equals 1 egg? I took Kali back for a GI checkup. She can have milk now and a couple of other foods but, she can't have the eggs anymore. She's doing very well going 1-2 times a day, looks good, stool doesn't smell weird, good consistency. It really is amazing about her not having the milk allergy anymore because she had the regular allergy and the opioid effect from it too and she doesn't have that anymore either. Please post the ratio for me for the eggs. Thanks, Jenn & Kali Re: pumkin cookies recipe and squash dots recipe - Squash button recipe My twin two year old love this recipe and it can be made several ways. Guest guest
Hi Jenn, The recipes for egg replacers are on www.pecanbread.com in the recipe section. I think you might have to experiment when using pureed fruit or veggies.... because it will really depend on how thick or watery the puree is. It's really hard to give an exact amount because the consistancy can be so different. Guest guest
Ahhh! I get it. Thanks. We never had to go this way before but, we see by experience that strict avoidance to a allergenic food does work to get rid of the allergy. I think we did cheat though with introducing the milk although it wasn't cow's milk like before, it was goat's milk. But, I see only good things.
