We made it also and didn't think it tasted like chocolate. We didn't even like

it and also it was very very sweet. Pearl

This is a recipe that came through from the scdrecipe-creators discussion group.

I have not made it myself. One day I had a massive miagraine from de-caf

coffee. Since then I haven't been game to try it.

Home-Made chocolate

1 stick butter (ghee), softened

1 bag Folgers coffee singles, steeped in 1 T boiling water

3T honey

Whip, add honey and coffee. Place on cupcake liners. Freeze!

Enjoy

goods containing nut butters and honey and am using fruit instead and less

honey.

Seniors often find both their taste buds and toleance of sweets changes and

that seemes

to be the case with me at the moment.

Does it have to be Folgers? Can I just use any old decaf?
